|Recommended: NoAwful complex and I don’t even live there, came to visit and the employees are rude and the halls smell like piss. My daughter has been harassed by management about her car being parked there, a sticker left on it that she could not get off, it was practically glued on, her BF motorcycle was recently stolen from the 3rd floor parking garage which is suspicious even the police agreed that either someone that lives there or has been watching him come and go. My daughter’s car was almost just towed, meanwhile the entrance gate was broken off by someone either with their car or somehow else. Trashy place and due to this they are thankfully moving out. They sell you a sales pitch to get you in, take a deeper look than the amenities which no one even uses.
|Recommended: YesA year at Modera. — I wanna start with I am a honest person and will tell you exactly what’s going on here
1.I had no issues with the parking lot until the bottom parking lot got closed and now everything is packed
2.People with their dogs don’t take their pets downstairs to the park they let their pets pee inside on the carpet and in the 3rd floor parking lot and also not in the front but the back entrance they are pissing on the sign at the back entrance it’s disgusting and it smells horrible the back entrance hallway I can’t even walk through there because of so much ammonia trapped there. Gross.
Sometimes they left poop in the elevator and someone stepped on it and dragged it just unacceptable how people can’t take care of their pets. Just really nasty
3. There was stains on my blinds when I arrived at the apartment. can’t put pressure on the left side on my bathroom sink because you can see the counter wanting to fall off the wall. All if not most of my doors needed to be adjusted by me because they rub against the frame constantly making the corners rip up. A huge crack in the wall appeared out of nowhere I still don’t know what to do about that.
4. All if not most of the hallways have nasty garbage juice trails trailing all the way to the elevator. It’s disgusting and it smells like trash juice.
5. My mail has gotten stolen many times in the past idk what to do about this but it’s terrible.
6. Having fire alarms at like 3 am when people gotta get up in the morning it’s just annoying.
7. I don’t know why people need to stomp at night maybe it’s kids idk but sometimes I hear people stomping not walking stomping at night sometimes.
8. On top of all of that 500 just for a leasing fee it’s a robbery.
9. Besides all of that the only good thing here it’s the location.
10. The gym is nice and the arcade are and roof are cool besides the broken pool sticks and broken tv up there.

I would love for you to come to the office and meet in person if you have the time, so you can show me a few of the items you are talking about. This year, we replaced the 4th-floor carpet, and to my knowledge, I am unaware of garbage or urine stains on the carpet that you are describing. The garage level 1 is not closed, and again, to my knowledge, has never been closed. Do you mind showing me what part of the garage is closed? All TVs are working in the Sky Lounge, and we replaced the broken pool cues a few months back. Please let me know if they are still broken. |Recommended: NoQuality of residents are not good — People who live here throw trash out of the window, dog poops not curbed, play loud music, making noises at midnight which I believe are from using washing machine or dishwasher.

|Recommended: YesGreat place overall — Modera is a good place to live. It is clean, not much noise and the staff is 100 . The only thing I don’t like is the smell of Marijuana in the hallway. Some people are probably smoking in the apartments and it stays in the hallways. Also the fire alarms keep going off constantly which is an inconvenience. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars .

|Recommended: YesI went on an apartment tour with my friend yesterday and the building was beautiful and very clean, I can see that it is well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. One of the maintenance workers was walking by in the hallway and we asked him some questions about how things are taken care of in the apartments. He gave us a lot of information and assurance that made me feel like this will be a great place for her to live.

The staff at the property is very down to earth and always answers all your questions.I highly recommend anyone who is considering to move here and looking for modern and luxurious apartment.
