We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. There is a pet fee of $500 per animal and a $50 per month pet rent per pet. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum.

We provide both trash and recycling pick-up services for our residents. There are trash and recycling chutes located on each floor. Please make sure cardboard is broken down and brought to the first floor trash room.

At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The resident liability program is not renters insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com.

To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply).
We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex.
With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the fifth day of each month. Late fees will start on the sixth day of each month.

Even if you don't have a household pet, this step is required and helps us create a welcoming community for every resident.

Our community partners with Whale to manage security deposits in a secure and transparent way. Prior to move-in, residents are asked to create a Whale account and transfer their required security deposit into an FDIC-insured account in their own name. Funds held in the Whale account may earn interest while still meeting all lease requirements.
